What You’ll Do

As a Porsche Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair Porsche vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to high professional standards while using advanced diagnostic tools and proven testing procedures.

Your responsibilities will include identifying vehicle concerns, completing thorough inspections, documenting your findings with detailed notes, photographs, and videos, and road-testing vehicles when needed to confirm repairs. You will work closely with service advisors and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in a clean, safe, and organized work environment and understands that quality workmanship is part of the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right. You should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, the ability to diagnose concerns down to the component level, and a solid understanding of Porsche systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. We prefer candidates with 3–5 years of professional automotive technician experience, with Porsche service and repair experience strongly preferred. You should be comfortable using diagnostic software, scan tools, and programming systems, and you must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

You should also have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-first mindset. Candidates must have their own tools.

Porsche Experience Preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in Porsche systems are highly encouraged to apply, especially those familiar with air-cooled and water-cooled models, Porsche engines and drivetrains, electrical and electronic systems, cooling systems, suspension, steering, and alignment systems.

Experience with PIWIS, Durametric, Autel, Launch, or other advanced scan tools is a strong plus.

We are especially interested in technicians with experience performing major factory services, engine and transmission removal and installation, clutch replacement, driveline repairs, IMS bearing service, cooling system diagnostics, performance diagnostics, and drivability troubleshooting.
